What is the minimum stay for corporate accounts?
30 nights minimum for all stays. Most corporate engagements fall in the 30–90 night range.
How does billing work?
We issue consolidated monthly invoices covering all active bookings. Corporate cards, ACH, and wire transfer all accepted.
Can employees choose their own homes?
Yes. Corporate clients receive a booking code that employees use to self-select from pre-approved inventory within your rate parameters.
What if a stay needs to be cancelled or extended?
Corporate accounts have enhanced flexibility. Extensions are accommodated subject to availability; cancellations within our corporate policy window are fee-free.
